Take a two hour awards ceremony (in person for the first time since the Covid-19 pandemic) full of the top talent of British television, and distill it into a three and a half minute highlights video all on the same night - that was my brief for the 2022 Virgin BAFTA Television Awards.

It was a privilege to be invited to the Royal Festival Hall and be amongst the buzz of the night, certainly after a long stint of remote working due to the ongoing pandemic. Taking on this task meant I not only had to really optimise my time management, but also keep a level head with what was a very high pressure situation. It was a good exercise in efficiency when working to perhaps the tightest deadline of my career (and I wouldn’t recommend editing in a suit either!).
